Booking & Advance Questionnaire

Select your preferred date and time to book an appointment via our website or LINE. Please complete the medical questionnaire on your smartphone in advance.

Arrival & Check-in

Check in at the reception desk. Since you have already completed the questionnaire in advance, you won't have to wait long in the waiting area.

Consultation with the Doctor

The Clinic Director will gently and attentively listen to your concerns. When necessary, we will guide you through psychological testing or physiological examinations (such as blood tests).

Checkout & Prescriptions

After your consultation, you can pick up your prescription and any other documents, then quickly head home after settling the bill at the automated payment machine—without having to wait in line.

Can a family member or colleague consult on the patient's behalf?
We might manage consultations from family members or colleagues. Please contact us first to inquire.
I am worried about being overmedication.
Medication is one of some treatment options.
Do you offer consultations in English?
Yes, consultations in English are available. Please contact us at the desk.
How much are the consultation fees?
For treatments covered by Japanese health insurance (with a standard 30% co-payment), the estimated cost is approximately 2,500yen for an initial visit and 1,200 yen for follow-up visits (costs may vary depending on tests and prescriptions). For out-of-pocket services such as counseling, please refer to our price list.
Will my medical information be shared with my workplace or school?
Medical information is personal and confidential. We'll never disclose your information without your formal consent.
Can I get a medical certificate at my diest visit, as a leave of absence?
Yes. We issue the one based on the examination.
How often will I need to visit the clinic?
It varies depending on the case. Initilly, 1 or 2 weeks after, then gradually spacing according to your convienience."
